Extra virgine organic olive oil IGP

Organic product Our organic farm with its 20 hectares of land includes two olive groves with about 500 olives trees in the varieties of Leccino, Frantoio and Moraiola.

The olive harvest is done manuelly in the period from October to December; the olives are transported in boxes to the olive oil mill, where the oil is extracted by cold pressing to keep intact the quality and the nutritional value of the product.

Our extra virgine organic olive oil is bottled by us after a short setting time; since not being filtered it can be a possibility, that the oil present a slight sediment on the bottom, but this does not alter the quality of the product.

The oil has a low acidity with an intense aroma and slightly spicy. The best way to eat it, is raw on bruschetta or with vegetables of all kinds; also excellent on meat seasoned of the end of cooking.
